April 2021 - Food

Café Boheme

This popular Soho brasserie certainly boasts a prime position - it's on a busy part of Old Compton Street, with room enough on the pavement for a few al fresco tables. They get snapped up sharpish when the sun shines, so be quick.

It's a flexible spot, too, open from breakfast right through to late night plates. There's a French slant to food, so expect charcuterie, pâtés, escargots, steak tartare and all kinds of 'oeufs'. Plats du jour keep things interesting.

Later night bites include steak frites, ham and cheese croquettes, burgers and croque-monsieurs et madames. A France-focused wine list is served alongside well-known draught and bottled beers, as well as classic cocktails.
