Ingredients
Mango Madness
1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 1/2 cups frozen mango
1 medium carrot, coarsely grated
Strawberry Fields
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup frozen peaches
Green Goddess
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/2 cup honey yogurt
2 bananas, cut into pieces and frozen
3 cups baby spinach
Razzle-Dazzle
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
2 cups frozen raspberries
2 bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
Method
Step 1
In blender, puree the ingredients until smooth.
Step 2
To make smoothie bowl: Make Razzle-Dazzle Smoothie and transfer to bowls. Top with kiwi slices, coconut flakes, and raspberries.
