Blurred lips and sheer matte lip balms are everywhere right now, and Celine's take is by far the best (and most beautiful) one that's passed my lips yet. Housed inside the faceted silver bullet is a matte balm that bestows a veil of colour upon your lips with a natural, sheer finish that gives you just-bitten lips of a Parisian with moisturising ingredients. Each and every shade is as wearable as the next, with muted browns and everyday pinks that are easy to swipe on even without a mirror whenever you want a touch of low-maintenance colour. My favourite is Hortense, a beautiful, rosy brown that now has a permanent residence in my handbag for the foreseeable.

The cream mist is packed with ceramides, which are great for restoring the skin barrier and soothing sensitive skin. I love using it after cleansing as a hydrating and soothing layer before applying serums, but also as a midday pick-me-up to refresh my skin or if my makeup is looking dry. I also appreciate the ultra-fine misting mechanism, which delivers in a cloud-like burst that gently hydrates your skin.

The award for the cutest and most covetable makeup launch of the month belongs to Prada Beauty, with its new cream-to-powder blush that comes in a pink Prada emblem case, which is also stackable (If Polly Pocket wore Prada, she would have this in her makeup bag). The formula starts off creamy, but as you blend it into the skin, it transforms and sets into a velvet powder finish that lasts and lasts. It looks pretty swept onto the cheeks, but equally beautiful patted into the lips and eyes, too

Maison Crivelli's fragrances are amongst some of my all-time favourite perfumes, and this new addition takes the powerful sillage and long-lasting power of Crivelli's creations and pairs it with creamy, floaty musks. It's a stunning, soapy and clean-smelling perfume that lingers all day long and won't disappear into thin air as a lot of light and fresh scents do. It lasts so well throughout the day, and I can even smell it on a tester blotter two weeks after spritzing it.

Maybelline's mascaras are some of the best around, but I'd recommend this one if you want a lifting mascara that holds a curl all day, without compromising on length, definition or volume. The flexible brush coaxes lashes up and stretches them to incredible lengths. I find one coat is plenty, but if you want a more dramatic effect, this layers easily without clumping. It's also smudge-proof yet removes easily at the end of the day.
