The former Gossip Girl actor, 28 who is pregnant with baby No. 2 walked the red carpet at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès for a screening of her new movie, Cafe Society. The floor-length metallic frock featured strategically-placed sheer panels which showed off Lively’s signature curves, before spilling out into a floor-length train.
