Where To Eat This Month - Wahlburgs
Marky Mark Wahlburg, along with his brothers Donnie and Paul, are expanding their family restaurant empire across the pond. The 31st opening of Wahlburgers (appropriate), and the first outside of North America, will soon be arriving in London. The menu will be filled with recipes that the brothers and their five siblings grew up on as kids, such as specialty burgers, “Wahlbowls” (salads with burger meat), mac’n’cheese, and a stalwart American classic - the sloppy joe. The burgers will obviously be the main event, with options like The Super Melt (American cheese, bacon, caramelised onions, pickles, mustard) potentially leading to a lie-down, but you can also chase it all back with a “Wahlcoction” (that would be a cocktail) and just call it a night. Wahlburger's opens in Covent Garden in late May.
