15th Post - July Overview

Finally, here are my recommendations for July, hope you enjoy them and find them interesting to watch, listen, eat, read and of course not forgetting about shopping for your new Summer wardrobe. In the meantime, July has much to offer especially in London, so head out this month and take in all the best new events, exhibitions and best events in the capital.

Summer may be in full swing but July's set to get even hotter – this month welcomes the arrival of more scorching events, gigs, pop-ups and festivals. Keep your eyes on our London events calendar and be sure not to miss the latest happenings, film releases and restaurant openings this month.

Whether you're a legitimate tennis fan or just in it for the Pimm's and oh-so-toned players, Wimbledon Tennis Championships are once again upon us (Monday June 29–Sunday July 12) and it's time to get excited. From queuing for tickets to London's outdoor screenings.

A byword for timeless elegance both on-screen and off, Audrey Hepburn is one of the twentieth century’s most enduring style icons. The National Portrait Gallery’s summer show charts Hepburn’s picture-perfect career, from West End chorus girl to leading lady. Alongside iconic portraits by the likes of Cecil Beaton, Richard Avedon and Irving Penn, there’ll be rare family snaps and behind-the-scenes shots, too.
