London’s Best Frozen Yogurts

Summer's on its way, and this means instead of going for the usual Ice Cream why not try a different and more healthier option; frozen yogurt. With a wide range of toppings you can create your perfect Summertime Snack. See below a list of my Top 5 Frozen Yogurt places in London

Frae:

While most fro-yos are made from a powdered substitute, Frae prides itself on its totally natural recipe, using fresh yogurt delivered by a farm in Wales to get a creamier, richer taste.  With four flavours to choose from and a generous array of toppings, plus a special Winter Warmers menu, I'm not surprised it was recently crowned London’s Best Frozen Yogurt.

Itsu:

For most, Itsu is a lunchtime mecca for maki rolls and noodle soup, but for those of us in the know it’s the place we head to for frozen yogurt topped with blueberries, honey nut cashews or warm caramel sauce. The Japanese chain started whipping up its fro-yo recipe over a decade ago, meaning it’s had 10 years to perfect it. You can tell.

Pinkberry:

A celebrity favourite (David Beckham, Kim Kardashian and Taylor Swift are fans) Pinkberry is known for its comprehensive menu of flavours and toppings. This summer they’ve launched three new mouthwatering flavours; the banana split for traditionalists, the watermelon cooler for those in need of refreshment and the s’mores for those with the sweetest tooth.

Snog:

The concept at Snog is simple. Choose from three fat-free base flavours (natural, green tea and chocolate) then attempt to decide from the myriad toppings; there are the classic summer fruits, strawberries, kiwi and raspberries, not to mention decadent treats including Oreo cookies and brownies, plus more exotic options like mochi (a Japanese marshmallow). Health-conscious visitors take note; everything is fat free and the only sugar used is agave nectar.

Yog:

The best thing about Yog (aside from the taste) is that you can enjoy it in the comfort of your own home. Not only are there stand-alone shops where you can sample its five delicious flavours (natural, dark chocolate, pomegranate, passion fruit and coconut), but they are also available to buy in supermarkets, making them the perfect solution to hot weather cravings late at night.
