Where to eat this month - Busaba
Busaba Eathai is a modern, Thai eatery which was conceived by Alan Yau who opened the first branch on Soho’s Wardour Street in 1999. Busaba is a Thai flower. Eathai is a fusion of the words eat and Thai. Differing from formal dining establishments, Eathai represents a Thai casual dining venue, offering a one-course dining experience devised to feed you with minimal fuss. Fifteen years on, Busaba delivers a much coveted, flavoursome selection of freshly prepared salads, stir fries and curries. The menu also offers an extensive list of Asian-inspired juices and smoothies, as well as a simple yet selective wine list. Busaba Eathai dining rooms provide a secluded area for your lunch or dinner. The group menus available offer a large selection of Thai dishes served over two courses for all to share. The private dining rooms at the Store Street, Westfield Stratford City and Bicester Village are suitable for private functions and groups from 12 people. My rating 9/10.
