Relieve Eczema

Suffering from Eczema can be stressful, painful and sometimes embarrassing, having Eczema myself I have tried many products to try and relieve it and here are my 3 easy steps to reduce flare ups and help improve your skin.

Step 1:

Wash With a Gentle Cleanser - If you have eczema, then you know it doesn't take too much to make matters worse, so go gentle with your skin care. Certain ingredients in face and body cleansers can be irritating, so its key to pick formulas that are scent free and soothing.

Moisturize - The next step is to make sure your skin is hydrated as possible - you don't want it feeling dry and tight. Moisturize several times a day if possible. Try having a face ointment or body cream in your bag so you can use it on the go whilst out and about or at work.
